Stir-fried Lo Mei

Garlic sprouts 2 white celery root garlic 2 ginger 2-3 slices

Cut dried chili peppers to pieces

Garlic slices, ginger slices, garlic sprouts and celery root are cut into sections, and the braised sausage is cut into small sections.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, add dried chili, garlic, ginger and saute until fragrant
