The Chinese often say, "Get out of the silt but not stain." Although they are talking about lotus, in the eyes of foodies, what we see is the lotus root underneath. When paired with Dexi Camellia Seed Oil, it is pure, healthy and delicious!

Stir-fried Lotus Root Strips

1. Healthy, drinkable oil: Dexi tea oil!

2. Wash and peel the two lotus roots,

3. Cut into chopsticks thickness, soak in water,

4. Wash the green peppers and cut into strips.

5. Drain the lotus root strips and marinate for 10 minutes.

6. Wipe off the moisture with kitchen paper,

7. Sprinkle starch and mix well lotus root strips,

8. Pick up the pot and pour the tea oil that can submerge the lotus roots,

9. Explode twice to remove the oil control for use,

10. Heat oil in a pan, saute the shallots, ginger, pepper, and dried chili,

11. Pour the green pepper strips and stir fry until broken,

Tips:

After marinating, the lotus root strips must be drained, otherwise the starch will become a paste in the later stage, and the oil will stick to it.
