Stir-fried Mushrooms with Chives

Thinly sliced ginger;

Cut the mushrooms in half, put them in a pot, over medium heat, add about 1 tbsp of vegetable oil;

Stir until the mushrooms become soft;

Set aside the mushrooms, raise the heat, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil, add sliced ginger, green onion, and burst slightly;

Stir-fry with mushrooms, add 1/3 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp pepper, and stir-fry slightly;
6.
Add green onion leaves, pour 1/2 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, turn off the heat, stir evenly, and get out of the pan.
Tips:
It is not recommended to blanch the water, otherwise the more water will come out as you stir-fry, the taste will lose its tenacity.
