Steak Mushroom Cheeseburger Steak

Half an onion and minced, stir fry with 5 grams of butter on medium heat until browned, turn off the heat and let cool for later use.

Add the bread crumbs to the milk to allow the bread crumbs to fully absorb the milk.

Put the ground beef and ground pork into a large bowl, mix them in the same direction with chopsticks, and mix well.

Then add a large amount of ground onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg powder, and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Divide the prepared mince into 6 portions. Take one portion in your hand and press into the center of the meat filling 1/2 slice of cheese, try not to see the slice of cheese exposed.

Put the hamburger meat down in the pan, slightly press until the hamburger steak is about the same diameter as the brown mushroom (at least 2 cm thick), and fry until the surface is golden. Turn over and fry the steak mushroom 2 minute. (The order was reversed when I started cooking today :p)

Spread shredded onion around the steak and mushroom hamburger steak (not included in the ingredients, add it yourself), and bake for 18 minutes in a preheated oven.

Take out the grilled steak and mushroom hamburger steak and turn it over (be careful to prevent burns). If you like, you can put cheese slices (outside the amount of ingredients) and pre-blanched vegetables. Bake in the oven for another 2 minutes or until the cheese slices melt.
