Oven Dish - Roasted Vegetables with Herbs and Black Pepper

Prepare the ingredients, put them in a large pot, and preheat the oven to 400°F;

Tips:
1. The seasoning can be organized according to your own preferences. Friends who don't like herbs can just add black pepper or add lemon salt, garlic salt and other seasonings;
2. The vinegar used is not too particular. Both zhejiang vinegar and mature vinegar can be used. If you don't like vinegar, don't add it.
