Stir-fried Pork in The Driver's Canteen

Cut the onion into thick strips, chop the green onions and set aside

Cut the pork into edible size after removing the blood
3.
Pour edible oil in a hot pot, add pork, onion, sauce and stir fry, then add green onions.
Tips:
Put pork, onion, and seasoning ingredients in a bowl, marinate for 10-20 minutes and cook, it will taste better.
