Private Udon Fried Noodles

First make fried sauce: pork, shiitake mushrooms, ginger, garlic, sweet noodle sauce is necessary, students who like spicy can also add a kind of material: bean paste.

Cut the meat into minced meat, dice the shiitake mushrooms, and mince the ginger and garlic. Mix the minced meat with cooking wine, starch, and light soy sauce, evenly salt for 10 minutes.

Mix two spoons of sweet noodle sauce + half a spoon of bean paste + 2 spoons of water into a sauce, stir for later use.

Put oil in the pot, pour minced ginger and garlic and stir fragrant.

Then pour minced meat into the pot and stir-fry quickly until the meat turns pale, then pour in the diced mushrooms.

Stir-fry the mushrooms over medium heat and change to low heat, then pour in the sauce, add a small bowl of water and simmer over low heat.

While cooking the sauce, stir it to prevent it from sticking, then add some chicken bouillon and sugar, and boil it to the consistency you like and turn off the heat. (Because of the light soy sauce, bean paste and sweet noodle sauce, the sauce is already delicious, no need to add salt)

After boiling the water in another pot, add the udon noodles and cook until 7 is ripe, then heat the oil and pepper to fry the udon noodles. (Students who don’t like fried noodles can cook the noodles directly)

Shred the carrots, blanch them in a pot of boiling water with broccoli, put them on the udon noodle plate, pour the hot fried sauce, and the delicious private fried noodles will be out.
Tips:
Be sure to use a low heat when boiling the sauce, remember that the high heat will affect the color and taste of the sauce.
