Occasionally, when I come home late from get off work, in order to soothe the belly of my handsome guy as soon as possible, I make this fried rice with pork floss and egg. It only takes more than ten minutes to get the rice and vegetables together.

1. Prepare the steamed rice, two eggs, and cut the dried pork into small cubes

2. Add oil to the pot, scramble the eggs, when they are half cooked, add rice and stir fry
