Stir-fried Pumpkin Leaves

1. Melon leaves are selected for tender tearing and deburring

2. Prepare tomatoes and garlic

3. Chop tomatoes

4. Minced garlic

5. Heat up the oil, add garlic and saute until fragrant, add melon leaves and stir fry.

6. Add tomatoes, add salt and sauté well out of the pot

Tips:

A little more oil, the taste is more moist!
