Pumpkin Leaf Egg Soup

Tips:
Although pumpkin leaves are delicious, you can't be lazy before eating, you have to deal with it. Because the back of the leaves and the surface of the stems are covered with fine hairs, and you can touch your hands, you must tear off the outer skin to make it delicious, otherwise it will be fluffy and you won't be able to eat it! When tearing, you can break off the stem and tear off the whole piece of skin from the fracture, which is faster.
