Stir-fried Pumpkin Leaves with Minced Meat

Prepare raw materials;

Pluck the young leaves of the pumpkin, and at the same time tear off the tendons on the pumpkin stem;

Boil water in a boiling pot, add a few drops of oil and a little salt;

Put the pumpkin leaves in, blanch them, change color, remove them, drain the water, and rub them lightly;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced meat and stir fry;

Stir-fry the minced meat and add appropriate amount of minced garlic and red pepper;

Stir-fry and add the blanched pumpkin leaves;

Finally, stir-fry a few times and add some salt to taste;

Put it into a bowl.
Tips:
1. When picking the pumpkin leaves, tear off the tendons on the stems, leaving only the tender stems and buds; 2. The pumpkin leaves should be blanched in advance, drained and rubbed gently to remove the small fluff; 3. Stirring Stir-fry the minced meat, sauté the minced garlic and red pepper and stir fry. Finally, add the prepared pumpkin leaves and stir-fry for a few times, then add salt to taste.
