Stir-fried River Prawns with Leek
1.
Soak the river prawns in clean water (it’s alive and kicking, it’s really vigorous. My cat is celebrating the Chinese New Year, and it’s just picking up leaks by the side, so I just opened my mouth and waited for the prawns to jump into my mouth).
2.
Wash the leeks and drain the water.
3.
Drain the water and cut off for later use.
4.
Cut the ginger, onion and garlic.
5.
Drain the soaked shrimp with water through a sieve.
6.
Heat the oil in the pot and pour the dried shrimp into the water and add a little salt to let the shrimp taste (only after the photo was taken, I found out that I had to give away an XS mandarin fish to buy the river prawn).
7.
Stir-fry slowly over medium heat, then add ginger, onion and garlic to fragrant, then add a little cooking wine and continue to fry.
8.
Put leeks ➕ order soy sauce chicken essence.
9.
Finally, put some fuel consumption and stir fry.
10.
A plate of small river prawns is a perfect match with rice and wine.
