Prepare ingredients.

Take out the sausage to thaw.
3.
Put it in the pan and fry slowly. Or the air fryer or oven does not need to be thawed, and it can be cooked at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Tear the broccoli into small florets, blanch them in boiling water, then remove them from the cold and set aside.
5.
Remove all the stems of the broccoli, leaving only the flowers, and tear them as finely as possible. Leave a larger stem, peel off the bark, and use it as the trunk.
6.
I use a bag of creamy mashed potatoes powder, just mix the mashed potatoes with water. If you don’t have mashed potatoes, you can cut the potatoes into pieces, boil or steam them in water and press them into puree. Add some milk powder and salt to taste. If you are too young, you don’t need to add salt.
7.
Cut one barbecue sausage into small dices, the smaller the better, and the other into small pieces for later use.
8.
Mix the diced sausage with mashed potatoes.
9.
Find a large flat-bottomed plate, use the broccoli stems as the trunk in turn, and place a layer of broccoli on it.
10.
Put another layer of mashed potatoes, and so on, put broccoli on the top, and then put the mashed potatoes, the triangles become thinner and thinner.
