Stir-fried Sea Clam with Leek

Prepare materials

Remove the roots of the leeks, wash and cut into sections, shred the ginger, and cut the red hot pepper into rings.

Wash the clams, boil the water, put it in the pot, turn off the heat and drain immediately after opening the mouth.

Tips:
1. The whole frying process should be very fast, so as not to affect the taste of sea clams and chives!
2. The salt must be added less, otherwise the taste will not be good.
