Today I saw a lot of fresh shells at the vegetable market. They were so colorful and fresh. They all sprayed water at my feet on the plate. Is this sultry? It looked very interesting. I wanted to eat everything. Buying a pound of each would be very heavy. I came up with a "good idea", which is to buy a little for each variety. Ask the stall owner if it’s okay, ha I made such a big pot. The total side dishes are only 30 yuan. It already includes five kinds of fresh shells. After I stir-fry with bean paste, it is delicious and enjoyable. It satisfies my gluttonous food in one go.

Assorted Fried Fresh Shells

1. All the ingredients, these shellfish seafood I can’t name them. About the name, the seller said it, but I forgot it all at once.

2. Soak the shellfish in salt water for about 10 minutes, let them spit out sand

3. Cut chili, sweet pepper, and shallots into small pieces and set aside

4. Boil a pot of water, pour the fresh shellfish into the boiling water

5. When the shellfish shell opens slightly, turn off the heat

6. Pick up the shellfish and filter to remove the water

7. Heat up a wok, add peanut oil, sauté bean paste, garlic and ginger

8. Pour the fresh scallops into the pot and stir fry over high heat

9. Mix the rest of the seasonings in braised soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, and wine, pour them into the pot and stir-fry evenly over high heat

10. Add chili and sweet pepper cubes at this time, and stir-fry until delicious

11. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and serve on a plate

12. When it's out of the pot, the fragrant fried fresh scallops are dry and delicious; when frying this kind of seafood, it is best to use bean paste or shacha paste, which will be particularly irritating
