Stir-fried Sea Screws

The sea screw was soaked in clean water, and it was very clean when I bought it back, so I simply soaked it for an hour.

Cut the shallots into strips, and cut the coriander into sections. I like to eat coriander root, so I kept it.

Mince green onion, ginger, garlic, and cut red pepper into small pieces.

Talk about mixing all kinds of sauces together, and master the proportions according to your own taste.

Heat the water and blanch the screws. Don’t blanch them too long. If the time is too long, the meat will retract, which is about three to five minutes.

Heat the pan and add oil. I like the taste of pepper, so I added pepper oil. You can leave it if you don’t like it.

After the oil is hot, put in the cut various ends to burst the fragrance.

Tips:
Do not blanch the sea screw for too long. When cooking, be sure to stir fry.
