Stir-fried Sea Screws

Prepare ingredients: 2 catties of sea screws, a little green onion and ginger, 2 tablespoons of garlic paste, and a little vegetable oil.

Pour the oil in the hot pan, fry the scallion and ginger into the pan, and explode the aroma as well.

Stir-fry with garlic sauce, stir-fry for 1 minute, no need to add salt, because the screws are salty and the garlic sauce is also salty.

Put in the screws and stir-fry for about 6 minutes, add two tablespoons of water slightly, don’t add too much water, the screws themselves will drop a little water.
