Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Mushrooms

Wash the leek sprouts and fresh shiitake mushrooms, soak them in rice-washing water, then wash them and cut into shreds.

Cut half a carrot into shreds.

Cut a piece of dried tea into thin strips.
4.
Mix the shredded pork with a little cooking wine.

Heat oil in a pot.

Pour in the silky meat mixed with cooking wine and stir fry.
7.
Pour shredded carrots and stir fry.
8.
Pour in fresh shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.
9.
Pour the dried shreds of tea and stir fry.
10.
Pour in the leek sprouts and stir fry.
11.
Add seasonings and put them out of the pot.
