Fried Duck Eggs with Leek Sprouts
1.
Three freshly scattered earthen duck eggs.
2.
Knock the duck eggs into a bowl, and add a teaspoon of salt (the container is not a basin, but a plate is placed under a transparent bowl. For the photo effect.)
3.
Add a little cooking wine, about one spoon.
4.
Add a little flour and beat well and set aside.
5.
Peel off the leek buds and wash them.
6.
Wash the leek sprouts and cut them into one-inch pieces.
7.
Heat two spoonfuls of oil in a pan, and stir-fry the carrots first.
8.
Add the leek sprouts and stir fry for a while, then pour in the egg mixture immediately.
9.
Fry the cake until both sides are cooked.
10.
It's OK when you put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. Leek buds should have no wilting, rot, or green leaves.
2. Leek sprouts are easy to cook, so don't cook for too long.
