Stir-fried Shrimp with Scallions

The river prawns are very fresh. You can raise them with water before you eat them. You don’t need to open the prawns, because I bought small prawns, which are very tender.

Cut the green onion, ginger and coriander and set aside.

Pour the scallion and ginger until the oil is hot and saute.
4.
Pour in the shrimp and saute to change the color.

Pour in coriander, put some salt, and immediately get out of the pot.

Tips:
1. High fire fast, can't be fried for a long time.
2. Finally put coriander to increase fragrance.
