Fried Small River Prawns

The small river prawns are clean and I picked them one by one, with seaweed and silt on them.

Cut green onion, smash garlic, and shred dried red pepper.

Heat the frying pan, add a little more oil than usual for cooking, and sauté the chopped garlic first.

Then put the dried red pepper shreds.

Finally, put the chopped green onion.

Pour in the small river prawns and stir fry over low heat until the color changes.

Then stir-fry the small river prawns over high heat until golden brown and burnt, add a drop of oil, sprinkle appropriate amount of pepper powder and ginger powder and continue to stir-fry until dry, add appropriate amount of salt, and season with chicken essence.
