Stir-fried Fresh River Prawns with Leek

Wash river prawns and leeks.

Add the cooking wine to the prawns, then add the egg whites of two eggs to the prawns, stir well, and marinate together for 5 minutes.

While marinating the river prawns, prepare the supplements, dried chilies, garlic and ginger.

Add oil to the pot, add chili, garlic, and ginger when the oil is hot. Stir fragrant.

Pour the river prawns, stir fry slowly, and wait until the river prawns change color.

Add the leeks, turn on high heat, and stir-fry quickly evenly. Then add the right amount of light soy sauce to consume fuel. Finally add a teaspoon of half-table salt. That's it.
Tips:
It's relatively simple to make. I used the remaining egg yolk to steam custard.
