Stir-fried Snail Meat with Three Vegetables

Blanch the snail meat with a spoonful of salt. Cut the other three vegetables into cubes for later use

Heat the pan with oil, add garlic diced, onion diced and saute
3.
Add red pepper and cucumber and stir fry
4.
Add the snail meat and stir fry, add salt and chicken essence, and turn into a plate
Tips:
The snail meat should not be blanched for too long to maintain the elasticity of the snail meat.
