Stir-fried Soy Cubes with Pickles

1. Rinse the soy beans with water and soak in advance

2. Soak for one night until the soybeans are big enough to control the moisture

3. Have you seen the pickles that are marinated in the sauce? If you don’t have this kind of pickles in your home, you can use mustard pickles instead

4. Chop the pickles

5. Chopped green onions

6. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot to heat

7. Put in soybeans

8. Fry until the soy bean skin is wrinkled and turned yellow. This process takes a few minutes, don’t worry

9. Pour out the oil, add chopped green onion and stir fry

10. Add pickles and stir fry

11. Add shrimp skins and stir fry

12. Add small salted fish and stir fry evenly, turn off the heat and take out
