Stir-fried Spring Vegetables with Soy Sauce

For spring vegetables, cut the leaf part and the head separately.

Wash and drain the cut spring vegetables.
3.
The garlic is slapped flat and minced.
4.
Add lard to the pot.
5.
Add garlic and saute.
6.
Add the roots of the spring vegetables and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Then stir the leaves evenly in the pan.
8.
Add two spoons of Puning soybean paste, stir-fry well and sprinkle a little water on the side of the pan.
9.
Stir-fry until it is dead.
10.
Finished product.
