Stir-fried Three Vegetarians

Tips:
When frying, the heat should be controlled well to prevent the white tofu from being fried. I didn't add salt to this dish because the seasoning is a bit salty. Also, when you buy pickles, try to buy them without oil. Some oily pickles are especially greasy, and the copy is not refreshing. Another word, if you want to eat heavy, you must put salt before the pickles, otherwise, the pickles will be saltier.
