Mixed Vegetable Claypot Rice
1.
You can mix and match the rice you need. Soak the brown rice in advance. (Wash the brown rice and soak it, and the water from the soaking rice can be used directly for braising rice)
2.
Wash the ingredients, pick them, and peel them for later use.
3.
Dice garlic sausage, potatoes and dried tofu.
4.
Chop ginger into minced pieces, diced green onions, and cut mustard tuber into small cubes.
5.
Cut the beans and carrots into cubes.
6.
Cut the kelp into one-centimeter squares. (My kelp is processed together when I buy it home. It doesn’t need to be soaked, it can be used after washing.)
7.
Pick up the pan, add oil and star anise, and stir fry until fragrant.
8.
Add ginger, beans and carrots and stir-fry well.
9.
Add green onion, mustard tuber, and kelp, stir and stir well.
10.
Add dried tofu, potatoes and garlic sausage and stir well. Add salt, pepper, light soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir well.
11.
Stir-fried dishes.
12.
Wash the rice and put it into the pot, pour the stir-fried vegetables into the pot, add water and make the vegetables flat. (Basically, the water used to make rice is almost the same in normal times)
13.
Cover, press the rice stall to start work. (Because there is brown rice, you have to simmer for a while, don’t worry about uncovering the pot)
14.
Cooked meal.
15.
Mix the rice well.
16.
Bowl of rice.
Tips:
Brown rice should be soaked two hours in advance.
If the kelp is dry, soak it in advance.
