Laotang Dried Tofu

Make a few cuts on the dried tofu

Put the old soup into the pot, and then add the right amount of water

Put the old soup into the pot, then add the right amount of water, and then add the star anise, pepper and other spices

Add some orange peel spice

If the soup is not salty enough, add a little more salt

Add white dry, boil over high heat and then turn to low heat and cook for ten minutes

Tips:
Note: I use the white dried tofu to cook it. The cooked tofu is softer. If it is cooked with the fragrant dried tofu, it will be more delicious, but the taste is harder.
