Stir-fried Tofu with Shacha Di Er

Prepare the ingredients and wash the earth ears and weeds for later use.

Tips:
1. The tender tofu has more moisture, so it can be fryed to prevent it from affecting the appearance.
2. If you don't eat spicy food, you can change it to your favorite seasoning.
3. Light soy sauce and chopped pepper are very salty, so use salt in moderation.
