#春食野菜香# Stir-fried Tofu with Wolfberry Seedlings
1.
This is the wolfberry seedling I picked back this morning. I picked it too long and I need to pick it.
2.
Take off the tender head and wash it
3.
Start blanching for about ten seconds, blanch the wolfberry seedlings and then remove the water for use.
4.
Add cooking oil to the pot, crush the old tofu, add salt and five-spice powder and stir-fry until the water has evaporated, and the surface is slightly browned off the fire.
5.
At this time, put the wolfberry seedlings in the pot, add a little salt and sesame oil to mix the wolfberry seedlings
6.
Then mix with tofu evenly
7.
Put a few medlars to match the color when they are out of the pot and plated.
Tips:
The wolfberry seedlings are very tender. Don't blanch them for too long, usually ten seconds.
