Stir-fried Vermicelli with Mint

First mince pork, add cooking wine, salt, starch, and pepper to marinate.

Soak the mint in warm water for 5 minutes, wash and set aside

Prepare a little bean paste

Add the vermicelli and stir-fry evenly on low heat for 3 minutes. Do not add water to let the vermicelli cooked in oil
