Stir-fried Water Fern with Tempeh and Tomato

Wash the water fern after removing the old leaves and set aside.

Wash and slice tomatoes.
3.
Prepare some tempeh, chop garlic and chili into sections.

Heat the wok, add edible oil to heat, add garlic, chili, and tempeh to a small heat and stir until fragrant.

Add the tomatoes and stir fry for a while.

Tips:
Both tempeh and light soy sauce have salt, so you should put less salt in this dish.
