Stone Pot Sauerkraut Big Bone Soup

In the big bone cold water pot, open the water into a tablespoon of white wine.

Put the blanched big bones into the pressure cooker, add the pepper aniseed and green onion ginger.

Add cold water to the big bones. Until the bones are boiled.

Put the bone broth in a stone pot, add sauerkraut and bring to a boil.
