Strawberry Daifuku

Sift the glutinous rice flour twice and add 90 grams of sugar.

Add 250 grams of milk.

Add 15 grams of oil.

Stir well and sieve.

Cover with plastic wrap and place in a steamer with lid and steam for 30 minutes.

While the glutinous rice ball is hot, add 10 grams of sugar and mix well.

Divide the red bean paste into eight portions, each about 30 grams on average.

Remove the stalks of the strawberry and push the red bean paste up slowly.
