Strawberry Ice Cream

Material photo: whipped cream, milk, egg yolk, and granulated sugar are ready; remove the stalks of the strawberries and clean them.

Put the fine sugar and egg yolk into the electric skillet; use the minimum firepower to melt the fine sugar and stir constantly to heat the egg yolk to mature.

Pour milk, mix well, let cool for use.

Tips:
1. The ratio of whipped cream and milk is not fixed, adding more whipped cream can make the taste lighter and fuller; increasing the ratio of milk can make the taste more refreshing; the amount of fine sugar can be adjusted according to the taste;
2. Strawberries can be replaced by other fruits;
3. The ice cream that can't be eaten is put into a container with a lid and stored in the refrigerator.
