Strawberry Ice Cream
1.
Separate the white and yolk of the two eggs, only the yolk part is needed. Put 50g of white sugar into a small milk pot, add a few drops of lemon juice, and stir evenly with a whisk until the color of the egg yolk turns light yellow.
2.
Pour 50g of pure milk into a small milk pot with liquid egg yolk and stir well.
3.
Add fire to the small milk pot. Heat slightly, stir the pure milk and heat it until there are small bubbles on the surface to turn off the heat.
4.
The little milk pot was kept under water, but it was completely cold.
5.
Next, whipped up the whipped cream.
6.
Pour the whipped whipped cream into a cold custard pan and stir well.
7.
Put the strawberry jam in the custard and mix well.
8.
Then pour the mixed ice cream liquid into a clean airtight container with a lid, and freeze it in the refrigerator for more than four hours. If it is frozen, you can rest assured, eat it directly, or freeze it for one day.
9.
Take out the ice cream the next day. Use a professional scooper to dig ice cream balls into a crispy tube bowl, drizzle with chocolate sauce and strawberry jam, add chocolate beans and fresh strawberry slices.
10.
Finished~ Let's start eating! Wow~ the taste is great! Cool and refreshing...
Tips:
1. Be sure to heat the egg and milk liquid on a low heat. The lower the fire, the better, avoid mashing the pot and stir while heating.
2. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg yolk (white vinegar if not available) to remove the fishy smell of the egg. The ice cream made is delicious and will not smell like eggs.
3. I like to eat various flavors of ice cream. For example, dried cranberries, chocolate, jam, etc. can be used to make ice cream with various flavors.
4. It doesn't matter if there is no crispy bowl! It can be put in a glass bowl or glass plate.
