Strawberry Milk Candy
1.
Prepare the ingredients.
2.
Juice the strawberries. (Wash with salt water to remove strawberry leaves.)
3.
Put the strawberry juice in the pot, add white sugar and maltose.
4.
Cook over low heat until melted.
5.
After leaving the gas stove or turning off the heat, sift the low-gluten flour and stir it at high speed.
6.
When it is very uniform, add the condensed milk and continue to stir.
7.
While stirring with a wooden spoon, cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
8.
When it becomes sticky, add the whipped cream, stir and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes.
9.
After cooling down in the water drop by drop, taste it. (If it is too soft, cook it for a while.)
10.
After pouring into the container, let cool.

12.
Cut it to the right size and you're done. (I just cut it casually, hahaha)
13.
Wrap it in greased paper. (In order to make the milk candy adhere to the glutinous rice paper, you can sprinkle cornstarch on the sugar. Then use colored cellophane to wrap it more cutely! PS: I forgot to buy glutinous rice paper and colored paper, hahahaha)
Tips:
If you don't use strawberry juice and replace it with water, it will be the original milk candy. You can also put crushed nuts!
