Strawberry Yogurt Mousse Cake
1.
Chocolate chiffon cake baked in an 8-inch round mold, after cooling off the mold, cut into three pieces
2.
Put tin foil on the outside of the clean 8-inch movable bottom round mold to prevent the mousse from seeping out, and put greased paper on the bottom to facilitate demoulding
3.
Whip the whipped cream with 30 grams of powdered sugar and beat to six or seven minutes and set aside
4.
After the gelatin tablets are soaked in cold water, put them in the milk in insulated water until they are completely melted and have no particles. Add 15 grams of white sugar to melt
5.
Pour the slightly cooled milk gelatin liquid into the yogurt and stir evenly, then add the whipped cream and mix well, the mousse liquid is complete
6.
Put a piece of cake in the mold, and put all the strawberries in a circle
7.
Put some fruit crumbles on the cake slice
8.
Pour in half of the mousse and add some fruit pieces
9.
Put another smaller piece of cake, pour the remaining mousse into the refrigerator for half an hour to set
10.
Take the cake out of the refrigerator to decorate the surface, put the QQ candy in a bowl, melt it in water, add strawberry juice and mix well. After cooling, pour it on the cake to make a mirror surface. The cake is put in the refrigerator overnight and then demolded.
11.
When demolding, put the mold on the cup, use a hair dryer to blow the mold off, use two long knives to gently insert between the bottom mold and the oil paper, and then move the cake to the required container
Tips:
1. I replaced the mousse ring with an eight-inch round mold with a movable bottom, so I only put two pieces of cake. You can adjust the amount of cake pieces according to the size of your own mold;
2. The mirror surface of the cake surface can also be made transparent with strawberry jam, gelatin powder or directly, or it can be directly decorated on the surface of the mousse;
3. The yogurt is best to be thick, if it is not the original flavor, please adjust the amount of sugar.
