Strawberry Pudding
1.
Prepare a pack of strawberry pudding mix powder, 300ml of pure milk and 300g of water.
2.
Mix pure milk and water, bring to a boil on low heat, and turn off the heat.
3.
Pour in 100 grams of strawberry pudding mix.
4.
Stir gently until the pudding powder is completely melted.
5.
Prepare a hollow mold, this time using a hollow six-cup silicone mold.
6.
Pour the pudding liquid evenly into the mold, just enough to fill all the pudding liquid. When it cools to room temperature, seal it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours to make it solidify and harden.
7.
Push out the frozen pudding from the bottom of the mold and release it from the mold.
8.
Transfer the pudding to the plate with the recess facing up, and then use your creativity to match something with the recess.
9.
You can add yogurt according to your own taste.
10.
Or put the fruits you like, and eat as you like.
Tips:
1. It is really easy to demold the silicone mold. You only need to freeze the contents of the mold, and then gently push it out from the bottom. If you bake a cake, it is recommended to brush the oil first and try to make some heavy oil cakes. The cakes that are too tender may be removed from the mold.
2. After the main pudding is made, the rest is to match it according to your own preferences. Some people like to put in biscuits to make small potted plants, and some people like to put in fruit salads, and just be creative.
