Strawberry Yam Puree

Peel the yam and put it in a steamer for 20 minutes to soften. Put the condensed milk and whipped cream in a container, mash it into a puree with a spoon.

Put the yam mud into a piping bag and squeeze it on the plate. There is no piping bag with a spoon to arrange and shape.

After squeezing, pour strawberry jam on the surface of the yam puree, and decorate with chocolate needles.
Tips:
If the yam mud is too dry, add a little milk to dilute it.
