Sugar-coated Haws

Wash the hawthorn, remove the pedicle and string it with a bamboo stick

Prepare the same boiling water and rock sugar in a pot and heat it over medium heat, do not stir, you can shake the pot a little

Put the skewered hawthorn in the pot and quickly wrap it around (I boiled less syrup here so it was not evenly coated), and put it on the chopping board to let cool
4.
Unfinished candied haws are wrapped in plastic wrap and placed in the refrigerator
Tips:
Be sure to use boiling water to dissolve the rock sugar, and the same amount
