The taste of childhood-candied haws

Sugar-coated Haws

1. Wash the hawthorn, remove the pedicle and string it with a bamboo stick

2. Prepare the same boiling water and rock sugar in a pot and heat it over medium heat, do not stir, you can shake the pot a little

3. Put the skewered hawthorn in the pot and quickly wrap it around (I boiled less syrup here so it was not evenly coated), and put it on the chopping board to let cool

4. Unfinished candied haws are wrapped in plastic wrap and placed in the refrigerator

Tips:

Be sure to use boiling water to dissolve the rock sugar, and the same amount
