Sugar Hawthorn
1.
Buy it, wash it, and put it aside.
2.
Then put it in a pot of cold water and boil it. After the water is boiled, boil for 10 minutes and take it out.
3.
Use a knife to cut one piece at a time, without cutting it, just like my picture.
4.
After marking, put it in clear water and soak for half an hour to remove the bitter taste in the hawthorn.
5.
Put it in a pot of cold water, add brown sugar cubes and simmer
6.
Bring to a boil on high heat, then slowly simmer on medium and low heat until the water is almost dry.
Tips:
In fact, there is nothing difficult, just cook for a longer time. If you like crispy, put less water and cook for a shorter time. Just cook if you like soft.
