Sugar Pickled Orange Peel Yogurt
1.
Make yogurt a day in advance.
2.
Scald the small box in the yogurt machine, pour a small amount of milk, add two bags of bacteria, and mix well.
3.
After the strain is completely dissolved, add the remaining milk.
4.
Close the lid, put it in the yogurt maker, select the "yogurt" button and press "confirm". I did it at night and it was just right to wake up in the morning.
5.
Cover the solid yogurt and put it in the refrigerator for half a day.
6.
The orange flesh and the orange peel are separated, the orange peel is broken with a blender, and the orange flesh is eaten. Our home is a Fischler mixer. It is recommended to use the second gear to break some.
7.
Mix the orange zest with sugar (the amount of sugar is added until the mouth is sweet), and marinate for at least half an hour.
8.
Scoop a few spoons of yogurt into a small bowl.
9.
Then scoop a small spoonful of sugar to pickle the orange zest.
10.
When eating, a little sugar pickled orange peel and a spoonful of yogurt are very delicious. The taste is very special.
