Sugar Roasted Chestnuts

Wash fresh chestnuts and set aside.

Mix boiling water and white sugar, stir well and set aside.

Use a knife to cut a cut on the bulging side (you can use a damp cloth to pad the operation). The cut does not need to be too large. It is best to cut through the case so as not to hurt the meat.

Pour in cooking oil.

Stir well.

Pour it into a baking dish lined with tin foil.

Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven and heat it up and down at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Take out the sugar water and brush a little more on the cracks.

After brushing, put it into the middle of the oven and heat up and down to 200 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.

It can be eaten after cooling down.
Tips:
Be careful when making incisions so as not to hurt your hands. It is safer to operate with a wet cloth.
