Sugar Snowball

Prepare materials, wash the hawthorn and control water

Add water, rock sugar
3.
Stir quickly over medium and low heat until the rock sugar melts
4.
Stir-fry on low heat until large white bubbles
5.
Make small bubbles, add a few drops of white vinegar, and quickly turn off the heat
6.
Put the hawthorn in, stir fry and coat with sugar until it's cold
