Sugar Water Horseshoe

The ingredients are shown in the picture, and my husband helped me cut the horseshoes^_^;

Peel and wash the horseshoes, and cut each horseshoe cross into four pieces;

Put the horseshoes in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water and rock sugar, boil on high heat and simmer for 20 minutes;

Add goji berries, cook for one minute, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes;

After simmering for 10 minutes, the water-soluble ingredients in the wolfberry come out, there are so many wolfberry polysaccharides~

Ok, I drank a bowl while it was hot, and put the rest in the refrigerator to drink the next day. After drinking for two days, the tonsils no longer hurt~
Tips:
1. The wolfberry can't be cooked for a long time after it is put in, otherwise the wolfberry will be boiled, which will affect the appearance. Braising is a good method;
2. The amount of rock sugar is added according to personal preference, my amount is moderately sweet~
3. Horseshoe cold, don’t eat too much at one time, and don’t eat too much if the spleen and stomach are cold~
