The yam is steamed and eaten, it will retain its unique nutrients~you can usually eat more~~"

Sugar Yam

1. Wash the yam, but do not peel it (not peeling is to preserve the nutrients of the yam during the steaming process) and cut it into even sections.

2. It takes 30 minutes to steam the yam, and the yam must be more than 25 minutes to actually steam the yam juice.

3. After 30 minutes, take it out, peel it, and cut into strips (note that the yam just taken out is very hot, be careful of hot hands~)

4. Finally, put it on the plate and sprinkle with the right amount of sugar. You're done, everyone can start to taste the food~~~

Tips:

Do not eat yam and kansui together
