Pour the egg on one side of the hand cake and add some green onions. After about 30 seconds, turn to the other side and continue to fry for about 30 seconds to get out of the pan.

My taste is light, and I put tomato sauce. Husband has a heavy taste and puts sweet noodle sauce with a little spicy sauce. You can put the sauce according to your taste.
