Summer Refreshing Drink-iced Bayberry Juice

Fresh bayberry

Soak the bayberry in light salt water for 30 minutes, then wash and drain, put it in the pot, add water that is slightly less than bayberry, cover the pot and boil on high heat;

Turn the heat to a low heat and continue to cook. Use a wooden spatula to push the soft boiled bayberry to the side of the pot and crush it before turning off the heat;

Filter the bayberry with a strainer and squeeze the bayberry juice, discard the residue;

Pour the filtered bayberry juice back into the pot, bring it to a boil, add sugar and stir to homogenize to turn on the seasoning and turn off the heat;

After cooling slightly, put it in a large container, put it in the refrigerator and drink it;
