Homemade Dried Bayberry
1.
Soak it with salt water for half an hour to soak out the sundries inside.
2.
Add water ➕ rock sugar to the pot and bring it to a boil, because I want to make bayberry juice, so I put a lot of water.
3.
Pour bayberry into the boiling water in the pot and cook on medium heat.
4.
Boil until the juice is collected in the pot, it can be boiled for a longer time to force out the moisture of the bayberry (this time I cooked it for a bit shorter time).
5.
The leftovers are dried directly in the sun and can be baked in a microwave or oven. It is really fragrant.
6.
Sprinkle with sugar, this time it was a bit moist and it still tasted watery, but it tasted good.
7.
Bottled (bottled with yogurt).
Tips:
The method is simple. If you have enough bayberry, you can add more water to make bayberry juice, which is also delicious. In addition, be sure to stir-fry the bayberry in a pot and dry it a bit.
